Kent Davis
- Chair of Board

Kent brings to the GSA Board practical business operations expertise. As a business owner, board member and senior executive, he has a demonstrated history over a 25+ year career of driving organisational growth in such diverse industry sectors as retail franchising, property, venture capital and private equity. He has been involved with gymnastics as a parent for the last 6 years.

Skill sets: Negotiation, Strategic Planning, and Organisational improvement



Noreen Gaudry

Noreen Gaudry is an experienced Program and Project management professional with a demonstrated history of working in both Retail and Event service industries. Having completed her Diploma of Accounting, Noreen moved into the home improvement sector, successfully running her own small business for over 30 years.  Noreen has over 20 years working and volunteering with the gymnastics community.

Skill sets: Business planning, Forecasting, Event and Project planning, Event management and recruitment



Megan Murphy

Megan is a chartered accountant with more than 15 years’ experience working in public practice. She brings a broad financial skill set to the Board of Gymnastics SA, including proficiency in finance management, management accounting, financial reporting, audit and business advisory services. Megan’s current role includes acting as the finance manager for a large incorporated entity, along with advising a number of small and medium businesses across a range of industries, including hospitality, retail and professional services. Megan was a trampoline athlete in her youth, and is now involved with the sport as an advanced silver level judge.

Skill sets: Financial management and reporting



Wallace Long

Wallace joined the Gymnastics South Australia Board in 2017. Wallace is Founder/Director of C2M Health, President of the Sturt Baseball Club and a board member at the community broadcaster, Radio Adelaide. He is a member of the Australian Marketing Institute and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Skill sets: Business, strategy, marketing, communications and volunteering experience to the board

 

Edward Denis

Eddie joined the Gymnastics South Australia Board in 2018. He is an Olympic Water Polo athlete and coach with 18 years of administration, management and coaching experience in High Performance sport within Australia

Skill sets: Sport, High performance, Strategy, Pathways.

Jo Marshall

Jo’s introduction into gymnastics began as a recreational gymnast. Much like many of our community members, she soon fell in love with the sport and additionally achieved accolades at the State and National level. Jo’s knowledge and experience in People and Culture will be an asset to the Gymnastics SA community. Jo has been involved with sporting clubs and committees throughout her life. 

She is passionate about creating great club environments and has been involved at committee and volunteer levels. Jo is also keenly aware of the increasing challenges facing many clubs around shrinking volunteer pools and the broadening participation of women in traditionally male sports. Jo is currently undertaking significant culture change projects with large Government and Non-Government Organisations through her consulting organisation - Culturise. 


 

Barnaby Eaton


Barnaby brings to the Gymnastics SA Board an extensive background in both the Education and Sporting sector. He additionally brings State and National Sporting Organisation experience, specifically with Rowing Queensland and Rowing Australia.

Barnaby was first introduced to the dynamic world of gymnastics through the participation of his children in our great sport. We are excited to have Barnaby’s skillsets of governance, risk, strategy, high performance and community participation as a compliment to the Gymnastics SA community.
