2023 World Gymnaestrada

The World Gymnaestrada is a global, non-competitive event held every four years with the largest number of active participants in any gymnastics event.

Participation is for everyone, regardless of gender, age, race, religion, culture, ability or social status.

The next World Gymnaestrada will be held in Amsterdam, 30 Jul - 5 Aug 2023.

All are welcome to join a first training session, scheduled for SUNDAY 15 MAY, 1pm - 3pm at Payneham Youth Centre - Turner Street, Felixstowe. 

At this session the group will discuss a theme, apparatus, music and breakdown of the routine to suit all participants' abilities.  Bring your ideas!
