What is Aerobic Gymnastics?

Aerobic Gymnastics is the perfect sport for active people with energy to burn. It involves performing high intensity movement patterns to heart pounding music; you can perform by yourself or join your friends in pairs and groups.

Aerobic Gymnastics is an action packed, dynamic sport that is fast paced and is great for developing heath and fitness.

Aerobic Gymnastics (AER):

Aerobic Gymnastics has a range of competition categories, all performing routines on a sprung aerobic floor:

Individual Male or Individual Female
Multiples - pairs or trios 
Groups - between four and six athletes
Aerodance - an entertaining fusion of aerobic and dance steps in groups of five to ten athletes 

It is easy to get started in Aerobic Gymnastics: just follow the ready-made routines in the AeroSchools program and learn the basics as you go. There are routines for pairs, trios and groups plus new beginner AeroDance routines for groups.
