Gymnastics Australia's official movement program for 0–5 year olds and their families

What is KinderGym?

Welcome to KinderGym, Gymnastics Australia's official movement program for 0 - 5 year olds and their families.

KinderGym is a national program which provides a fun and safe environment where children can develop socially, cognitively, emotionally and physically.

KinderGym provides your child with the building blocks for physical development, assists with school readiness and provides a great basis for your child to progress to their chosen sport once they turn 5.

At KinderGym parents and caregivers play an active role in each class. It’s a great opportunity for you to connect with your child and share in their fun and development.

KinderGym Leaders are qualified and nationally accredited.
Leaders are there to assist with your child’s development and to tailor each activity to your child’s age and developmental stage to ensure they get the best out of each class, all while having fun!

KinderGym supports physical, cognitive, emotional and social development and aligns with the Australian Sports Commission Physical Literacy Guidelines.

KinderGym Ambassadors

KinderGym South Australia is pleased to present our 2020 KinderGym Ambassador.

Jesse Moore
Jesse is a member of Gymnastic SA's High Performance Program for Men's Artistic Gymnastics and trains around 30 hours each week at the State Gymnastics Centre. In May 2019, Jesse finished 7th in the world at the Junior World Championships in Hungary. At just 16 years of age, Jesse is tracking towards a ranking of Australia's number 1 male artistic gymnast.  And where did his love for gymnastics begin? At KinderGym of course! Around the age of three his parents enrolled him at his local KinderGym and his love for gymnastics has continued to grow showing that if you start with KinderGym you really can go anywhere!
